SERVICES
ProActive Virtual Bankruptcy Services.com (PAVBS) is an independent contractor. Our fees are flexible depending upon the complexity, or simplicity, of each case which is generally indicated by what the attorney fees charged to the debtor. Our fee scale insures profitability of your firm and our company.
We are by no means a typing service. Drafting bankruptcy petitions (especially under the new law) requires skills obtained from high-level training. We have prepared the following chart as an example to demonstrate how Consumer Bankruptcy Law Firms' can greatly increase its' Profits by outsourcing labor-intensive Petition drafting process to PAVBS.com. The posted fees on the chart does not reflect our current petition drafting fees.
The listed 1 hr 25 min for "Total Law Firm Time" is based upon utilizing our Client Intake Form that we provide as it was designed to flag any potential problems. The break down is as follows:
- 30 min - entire intake process for firm (if the client has done all of their homework and have utilized our Intake Form, no longer will you need to spend 1 to 2 hours in this process)
- 10 min - administrative task for Paralegal (or Secretary) to make copies of documents for firm and a copy for the client, make copies of client's drivers license or other photo IDs and SSN card. (It is very important to make sure to verify that the SSN is correct on the client intake form.)
- 15 min - to fax intake form and related docs to PAVBS
- 30 min - to review completed draft for your approval
*This is only an example using the calculations provided. Your actual income may vary. If you are spending more than 1 hour and 45 min on each case, then you are underestimating your profit center costs and over utilizing your staff. |
